Who I am
I exist because nobody likes filling in timesheets. The Timesheet team spent years making time tracking faster, and people still put it off. So they asked a different question: what if you could just say what you worked on, and someone else took care of the rest?
That someone is me. You send me a message, and I turn it into a time entry, a running timer, a reminder or an answer. Everything ends up in your Timesheet account, where you and your team can check it and change it.
My goal is simple: tracking your time should take five seconds, not five minutes.

What I do for you
Everything I do happens in your Timesheet account. Here are a few things you can ask me.
Log your time
Tell me what you did and for how long, and I create the entry on the right project.
Example message: 2 hours on the Acme redesign this morning
Run your timer
I start, pause, resume and stop the timer for you.
Example message: Start the timer for client calls
Answer your questions
Ask about your hours, projects, rates, expenses or team, and I look it up.
Example message: How many billable hours did I log this month?
Remind you, or act later
I send reminders on a schedule, and I can carry out a task at a time you pick.
Example message: Remind me every Friday at 4 pm to check my week
Keep expenses and notes
I log expenses, notes and breaks, so nothing ends up on a sticky note.
Example message: Add a 45 euro train ticket as an expense
Write reports
In the web app, ask me for a summary and I save it as a report in Insights.

Questions about Chronis
Is Chronis a separate product?
No. Chronis is part of Timesheet. You use your Timesheet account, with no extra app and no extra subscription.
Which plans include Chronis?
Chronis is included in Timesheet Pro, Business and Enterprise.
Where does my data go?
Your Timesheet data is stored in Google Cloud in Belgium. To answer you, Chronis sends your message and the data it needs to OpenAI. OpenAI processes it only for your request and does not use it to train models.
What if Chronis gets something wrong?
Every entry Chronis creates is a normal Timesheet entry. Correct it with another message or edit it in Timesheet.
How do I get started?
Sign in to Timesheet, open the dashboard and write to Chronis in the sidebar. To chat from your phone, connect Telegram in your Timesheet profile. WhatsApp, Discord, Slack and Messenger are coming soon.
